CrossBorder Venture Partners launched in 2011 in New York City as a corporate development firm for companies in the TMT / ICT industry.

We have decades of experience in the TMT / ICT industries in various capacities in the industries, ranging from product management to executive positions at leading corporations, as well as investment bankers and VC / principal investments. 

In addition, not only do we see ourselves as entrepreneurs, we enjoy working with entrepreneurs to build their companies. 

All in all, we know and are personally familiar with the challenges entrepreneurs are facing, but we also know how the rewards are felt; and we want to help entrepreneurs reach their goals.

Ulf Angelin – Founder

Ulf Angelin is the founder and Managing Director of CrossBorder Venture Partners. He has 20-plus years of experience in the TMT industry in operations -- business development and product management at Ericsson -- as well as an investment banker and adviser to public and private companies on M&A and capital markets transactions amounting to $15 billion in more than 20 countries. 

He lives New York City since 2003, and holds an International MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago; MBA coursework at Chinese University of Hong Kong; and an MScEE from Lund University, Sweden.
